Trust and security

We built the privacy we would want for ourselves.

UsAgain handles intimate relationship data. That responsibility shaped every architectural decision. Here is how the product protects your privacy, not as a policy statement, but as engineering reality.

Design principle

Privacy is not a feature. It is the architecture.

Most apps treat privacy as a settings page. UsAgain treats it as a structural constraint. Every service, every database boundary, every AI interaction, and every consent check was designed around one question: what would we want if this were our relationship inside this product?

Architectural commitments

Six things the product enforces by design.

End-to-end encrypted messaging

Couple messages are encrypted on the sending device and decrypted on the receiving device. UsAgain cannot read the content of your conversations, and neither can anyone with access to our servers or databases.

Sealed preference architecture

When you express a private interest or curiosity, it is stored in a sealed vault. Your partner never sees your individual choices. Only mutual overlap is revealed, and everything unmatched stays permanently sealed.

Server-side consent enforcement

Consent is not a checkbox on a screen. It is enforced by the backend at every step. The app cannot bypass consent rules even if a client were modified, because the server is the authority. Either partner can Freeze the journey at any time, and the system respects that immediately.

Deletion cascades

When you delete your account, your data is removed. This is not a soft archive or a delayed queue. Deletion cascades through every service and table, overriding backups. Your private relationship data does not linger after you leave.

AI containment

The AI Coach is advisory only. It cannot score your relationship, compare you to other couples, infer readiness, decide progression, or access sealed preferences. It supports reflection and language, then sends your attention back to your partner.

No cross-couple data access

Your couple’s data is isolated. No service, no admin tool, and no AI model can see another couple’s private information. There is no aggregation layer, no benchmarking, and no way to compare one relationship to another.

Infrastructure

The systems underneath.

Tier 1 cloud infrastructure

UsAgain runs on AWS in the EU (London region), using hardened container services with encrypted storage at rest and in transit. Infrastructure is managed through version-controlled automation, not manual configuration.

No personal data in logs

Production logging redacts personally identifiable information. Operational logs track system health, not relationship content. We cannot reconstruct your conversations, reflections, or preferences from our monitoring systems.

Separate service boundaries

Each domain — identity, consent, messaging, preferences, AI — runs as an isolated service with its own database and access controls. A vulnerability in one area cannot cascade into another. Services communicate through authenticated internal APIs, never through shared databases.

UK GDPR compliance

Neural Vibe Ltd is a UK-registered company subject to UK GDPR. We process data under clear lawful bases, honour data subject rights, and maintain a named Data Protection Officer reachable at dpo@neuralvibe.ai.

What we will never do

Some doors stay closed.

UsAgain will never sell your data. We will never create public profiles or a social feed. We will never score your relationship or rank your compatibility. We will never share your private content with advertisers, researchers, or other couples. We will never use your intimate data to train AI models beyond your own Coach context.

These are not aspirations. They are product constraints enforced by service-level access controls, database isolation, and architectural boundaries that would require rebuilding the product to violate.

If you have questions about how your data is handled, our Data Protection Officer is reachable at dpo@neuralvibe.ai.

Early access

Help shape UsAgain, or wait for launch.

Private beta testing starts in August 2026. We are looking for solo users and paired couples who may want to test UsAgain early and share thoughtful feedback about the app experience.

Registering interest is the first step, not the application. We will invite selected people to complete a short follow-up form so the beta includes a useful range of users, devices, and relationship contexts.

If beta testing is not right for you, join the launch waitlist instead. Waitlist members will receive launch updates and special bonuses when UsAgain goes live.

Feedback is collected through questionnaires. We do not inspect intimate app data, we never sell or share lead data, and privacy is part of the product architecture.

The early access page lets you register beta interest or join the launch waitlist. Beta applications will be sent by invite later.
